Most businesses don't have one problem...

They have several. Leadership gaps. Process breakdowns. Culture issues. People problems. And they all feed into each other.

I diagnose across five critical areas: Leadership, People, Processes, Culture, and Customer Experience. Then I tell you what’s actually broken and what needs to change.

Below are the most common situations I see. Find yours, and I’ll recommend the right engagement.

How we can help you?

The Situation:

You’ve scaled from 10 to 50 staff in 3 years. Revenue is up, but so is the chaos. What used to work doesn’t anymore. Decisions take forever. Nobody knows who’s responsible for what. You’re constantly firefighting. Your best people are frustrated.

What’s Actually Broken:

Process breakdown + leadership gap. The systems and decision-making structures that worked at 10 people don’t scale to 50. You need documented processes, clear accountability, and leadership that can delegate effectively.

What You Need:

THE INVESTIGATION (1 Week) – I’ll embed in your business for a full week, observe operations across departments, interview key team members, and deliver a comprehensive diagnostic report showing exactly where the chaos is coming from and how to fix it.

The Situation:

Good people keep leaving. Exit interviews are vague (“found a better opportunity”). You’re spending a fortune on recruitment. Morale is suffering. New hires don’t stay long either.

What’s Actually Broken:

Usually culture issues or poor management you can’t see from inside. People don’t leave jobs, they leave managers. Or they leave toxic cultures. Or they leave because expectations aren’t clear and they feel set up to fail. Exit interviews won’t tell you this – observation will.

What You Need:

THE INVESTIGATION (1 Week) if it’s a recent problem, or THE TRANSFORMATION (3 Months) if the culture is deeply broken and needs systematic rebuilding.

The Situation:

You can’t take a holiday. Every decision comes through you. Your team waits for your approval on everything. You’re exhausted, the business isn’t growing, and you feel trapped.

What’s Actually Broken:

Leadership gap + process breakdown. Either you haven’t built a leadership team that can make decisions, or your processes aren’t documented so tribal knowledge lives in your head, or you’re a control freak who can’t let go (and yes, I’ll tell you if that’s the case).

What You Need:

THE TRANSFORMATION (3 Months) – This isn’t a quick fix. We need to systematically build your leadership team’s capability, document critical processes, and shift you from operator to owner. I’ll be there throughout the transition to coach, observe, and course-correct.

The Situation:

When you were small, everyone pulled together. Now there’s gossip, politics, blame. Teams don’t talk to each other. Good people are checked out. You don’t recognize your own business anymore.

What’s Actually Broken:

Cultural breakdown – often caused by tolerating the wrong people, unclear values, or leadership behavior that contradicts what you say you stand for. Culture doesn’t rot overnight. It erodes slowly through what you tolerate, not what you say.

What You Need:

THE INVESTIGATION (1 Week) to diagnose what’s causing the toxicity, followed by THE TRANSFORMATION (3 Months) to systematically rebuild your culture if needed.

The Situation:

Results are declining. Team feels off. You can’t pinpoint the issue but you know something’s not right. You need an outside perspective before things get worse.

What’s Actually Broken:

Could be anything. That’s the problem – you need diagnosis before treatment.

What You Need:

THE DEEP DIVE (1 Day) – A full-day immersive assessment. I’ll observe operations, have brief conversations with you and key team members, and deliver immediate verbal feedback plus a written summary of the 3-5 critical issues I see. Think of it as an MOT for your business.

What makes us different

The Behind the Business approach

Most consultants interview you, analyse data, and give you generic advice. That’s not what you need. You need someone to actually observe your business in action – to see the patterns, the bottlenecks, the culture issues you’re too close to notice.
